“We had a mix-up on the service to be performed. I had requested that my propane-fired fireplace and Rinnai on-demand propane-fired water heater be serviced on the same day, but the technician was only told to do the fireplace and did not have to proper tools to do the water heater. However, Anderson Propane reacted quickly and sent another technician to do the water heater on the same day. So, everything was resolved to my satisfaction and all the scheduled work was completed on time with a minimum of inconvenience. I appreciate getting the VIP treatment after I called in to notify the service department of the problem. I am happy with the results. Thank you, Anderson Propane for getting the service call completed on time!”

– Bruce H.

It is always our goal to make working with us as seamless as possible. We offer many conveniences such as a customer portal to manage your account, tank monitoring so you can view your tank level right on your phone, automatic delivery so you never run out of propane, payment plans to suit your budget, and text alerts to notify you when our technicians are on the way!

“I enjoyed your employee’s professionalism and responsiveness. The text messaging system was great especially letting us know that an employee was on their way and their name. I appreciated it and wish larger companies could reach your level of professionalism. Thank you.”

The Anderson Companies 2020 Annual Donation: Zoe Freedom Center

2020 has been a turbulent year for many people in many different ways. As our world learns to navigate through these unprecedented times, The Anderson Companies knew it was important, now more than ever, to give back to our community.

For over 5 years, we have hosted an annual golf tournament with all proceeds donated to various charities. This year with safety in mind, we made the difficult yet important decision to cancel our event. Although we couldn’t raise money through a fun day of golf, our team didn’t let disappointment cloud the most important part of it all: supporting our community.

When it came time to choose an organization to support, the answer seemed clear. According to the Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program, suspected overdoses nationally jumped 18% in March, 29% in April, and 42% in May. These statistics and the Anderson family’s personal experience with addiction and overdose lead them right to Zoe Freedom Center.

Zoe Freedom Center is a non-profit organization in Fredericksburg, VA that strives to educate and help those suffering with addiction find freedom. Husband and wife duo, Mark and Dana Brown, founded Zoe Freedom Center after Dana’s remarkable journey placed this mission on their hearts. In the past year, their organization has helped countless in our community and been a positive force in spreading awareness about addiction.

The Anderson Companies are beyond proud to support Zoe Freedom Center through our annual donation. We look forward to seeing the incredible work they continue to do for our community in the coming years. Your impact is great and our team is thrilled to support the journey to finding freedom from addiction for all. Thank you, Zoe Freedom Center!
