I had requested that my propane-fired fireplace and Rinnai on-demand propane-fired water heater be serviced on the same day, but the technician was only told to do the fireplace and did not have to proper tools to do the water heater. However, Anderson Propane reacted quickly and sent another technician to do the water heater on the same day. So, everything was resolved to my satisfaction and all the scheduled work was completed on time with a minimum of inconvenience. I appreciate getting the VIP treatment after I called in to notify the service department of the problem. I am happy with the results. We offer many conveniences such as a customer portal to manage your account, tank monitoring so you can view your tank level right on your phone, automatic delivery so you never run out of propane, payment plans to suit your budget, and text alerts to notify you when our technicians are on the way!

As we all continue to navigate our “new normal” together during this coronavirus pandemic, Anderson Propane is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and you.  We take this responsibility seriously and as a result, our team has taken several actions to ensure that you have uninterrupted service to your home and business.

Fortunately, to date no Anderson employee is ill with the COVID-19 virus.  

As of Thursday, March 19th, the Anderson Propane corporate office and showroom are closed to the general public. Our office staff are active from home during regular business hours and we are always available 24/7 through our telephone and online support. Contact us immediately by phone with emergencies.

Anderson Propane has suspended all work requiring in-home service unless it is an emergency.  Our Anderson team members will coordinate with you to discuss your situation and service needs on an individual basis.
 
We have temporarily suspended leaving delivery tickets when a delivery has been made to limit exposure for our drivers and you.  However, you may request a copy of your delivery ticket to be emailed or mailed. 

What you can do to help?

  • Stay home and login to Anderson Propane’s MyFuelPortal to pay bills, check balances, order fuel and schedule service.  If you do not yet have access, go to our website, www.AndersonPropane.com, click on the red button in the upper right hand corner “MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT/PAY ONLINE” to get started.
  • You may also pay bills, place orders and make account information inquires by phone to our main lines, (540) 373-9096 or (804) 784-6041; our staff is standing by to help. 
  • Send your account information inquires as well as other general inquiries via email to customerservice@andersonpropane.com
  • Sign up for paperless billing and text alerts that will help keep you informed on deliveries and payments.

Anderson Propane Service is excited to announce our new Text Message Alerts!

We are always trying to find new ways to help our customers manage their accounts and provide you with the best service possible.

Now, you can receive text alerts for the following services or actions:

  • Call Ahead Delivery Reminders for those customers that have requested we call them ahead to remind them to unlock gates and secure pets.
  • Day Before Service Call Reminder
  • Service Technician in Route
  • Delivery completed lets you know exactly when we delivered and how many gallons.  Plus, the alert will provide you with a link to our online fuel portal to quickly access your account details and pay.
  • Posted Payment alerts will provide you with the added security of knowing when your payment has posted to your account.

Signing up is simple; give us a call or click here and sign up online, now.

We just need to verify your account and add the mobile number with which you wish to receive the alerts.  It really is that simple.  There is no added cost to your account for this service, however, do check with your mobile phone provider in regards to the costs of receiving messages.Woman outside using smartphoneIf you find that you no longer wish to receive the alerts, it is just as easy to cancel.  Give us a call or drop us a line with the request to terminate and we will remove this service from your account.
