As we all continue to navigate our “new normal” together during this coronavirus pandemic, Anderson Propane is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and you.  We take this responsibility seriously and as a result, our team has taken several actions to ensure that you have uninterrupted service to your home and business.

Fortunately, to date no Anderson employee is ill with the COVID-19 virus.  

As of Thursday, March 19th, the Anderson Propane corporate office and showroom are closed to the general public. Our office staff are active from home during regular business hours and we are always available 24/7 through our telephone and online support. Contact us immediately by phone with emergencies.

Anderson Propane has suspended all work requiring in-home service unless it is an emergency.  Our Anderson team members will coordinate with you to discuss your situation and service needs on an individual basis.
 
We have temporarily suspended leaving delivery tickets when a delivery has been made to limit exposure for our drivers and you.  However, you may request a copy of your delivery ticket to be emailed or mailed. 

What you can do to help?

  • Stay home and login to Anderson Propane’s MyFuelPortal to pay bills, check balances, order fuel and schedule service.  If you do not yet have access, go to our website, www.AndersonPropane.com, click on the red button in the upper right hand corner “MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT/PAY ONLINE” to get started.
  • You may also pay bills, place orders and make account information inquires by phone to our main lines, (540) 373-9096 or (804) 784-6041; our staff is standing by to help. 
  • Send your account information inquires as well as other general inquiries via email to customerservice@andersonpropane.com
  • Sign up for paperless billing and text alerts that will help keep you informed on deliveries and payments.
