b This Agreement is between Anderson Propane Service, Inc. ("Company") and _____________________________________ ("Customer") made this _____ day of _______________, 20___. Customer has requested to participate in the Pre-Buy Program for the 2007 – 2008 heating season with said program expiring on the 30th day of April, 2008. The terms of the program are outlined as follows: 1. Customer agrees to purchase __________ gallons of LP-Gas at a fixed rate of $_____.___ per gallon, for a total of $__________._____. The total amount of $__________._____ is due and payable within thirty (30) days of Agreement, on or before the _____ day of _______________, 2007. 2. Said program applies to the purchase of LP-Gas Only. 3. Customer is delivered on an automatic delivery schedule based the Company determination and Customer usage. 4. Company shall deliver the purchased LP-Gas to Customer, at the agreed rate (See Item One above) plus all applicable fees & taxes, for the designated time period. 5. If Customer requires more LP-Gas than purchased under this Agreement, Company shall deliver sufficient LP-Gas, at the current market price, in order to keep Customer tank(s) at a full level, in accordance with Company policy. 6. Refunds of the purchased LP-Gas, under this Agreement, are only available if there is a transfer of property ownership at Customer location or if the Agreement period has ended. 7.
