Beef Kabob Marinade

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Beef cubes for Kabobs

(Tip: Of course, this marinade will work with any cut of beef, but for a special dinner for family or friends, Tenderloin is recommended!)

Mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool marinade.
Place beef cubes in marinate for a minimum of four hours.
Cook over direct flame or coals until done as desired.

(Tip: If you like your beef on the "rare" side, remember to cook these kabobs less time that would a thick steak.  The small beef cubes will cook quickly!  The best bet is to always use a meat thermometer.  Rare will be about 100 degrees F.)
