Customer Buying Programs

Anderson Propane Service is pleased to offer two programs that allow our customers both flexibility and control over their propane usage and billing, while providing protection from unforeseen price increases.  Click on the links below to read more about these two offers. Option 1:   Pre-Buy Program Option 2:   Cap Price Protection Program   Pre-Buy Program Our pre-buy purchase option allows the customer to... purchase propane (300-gallon minimum) during the low-cost summer months, at a fixed price, and  have fuel automatically delivered during the 2005-2006 heating season.  The rate is determined when commitment to the program is formalized. As rates will vary during the commitment period, the customer must use his/her best judgment in deciding when to commit to the program. Advantages: Pre-buying allows you to purchase your winter fuel at a lower price, because the pre-pay rate is determined when propane is typically at its lowest price of the season. The per-gallon price will not increase under this program. After all of the LP-Gas purchased under this program has been delivered, the rate will convert to the current market rate for all subsequent gallons delivered. If you do not use all of the propane purchased under this program, you can use the credit on your account for the up-coming year’s Pre-Buy Program or request a refund. Act now! Don’t waste another minute, contact our customer service representatives and "commit" to this cost-saving program. The sign-up period is July 1-August 31, 2005 and payment must be made within 30 days of the commitment date.  Also, call before August 31 to get the best price for the 2005-2006 heating season. The Pre-Buy Program is only available to the customers of Anderson Propane Service.   Cap Price Protection Program By purchasing gas under this option, the customer can... protect themselves from volatile swings in propane costs, and take advantage of potentially lower prices.  A fee of $50.00 is charged to cap your cost for the 2005-2006 heating season. Plan details and advantages: Similar to an insurance plan, "capping" the propane price protects you from price spikes. If the market price goes above your cap price, you are only charged the cap price. If the market price is lower than the cap price, you will be charged the lower price. A minimum of 300 gallons must be purchased to receive a cap price, and you must "commit" to this plan on or before August 31. To remain under the protection of this program, your account must be kept current or all future deliveries will be charged to your account at the current market rate. Don't miss this opportunity!
